What is a Ritual at OYESPA?+
A Ritual is a multi-service journey — pairing skin, body, hair and nails into a single, seamlessly-scheduled experience. Between services you enjoy our tea lounge, robed relaxation area and light bites from OYEVIDA Café.
How far in advance should I book?+
For half-day and full-day journeys we recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekends. Group and bridal retreats should be scheduled 6–8 weeks in advance.
Can I customize a package?+
Yes. Every Ritual can be tailored — swap a facial style, extend a massage, add color services, or design something entirely new. Email retreats@oyespa.com and our concierge will build it with you.
What is included between services?+
Robe, slippers, quiet lounge access, herbal tea and cucumber water are included with every half-day and full-day Ritual. Add a café credit at booking to pre-order lunch from OYEVIDA.
