Do I need a consultation before my first color or extension service?+
Yes — for color corrections and hair extensions we require a complimentary in-person consultation so your stylist can assess your hair, discuss goals, and give an accurate quote before booking.
What do the artist levels (New Artist, Studio, Senior, Master) mean?+
Every OYESPA stylist is fully licensed. Level reflects experience, advanced education, and demand — not talent. New Artist and Studio levels offer a more accessible price; Senior and Master offer deep specialty in trend color, extensions, and precision cutting.
What products do you use?+
OYESPA is an Aveda Lifestyle Salon — we use Aveda cruelty-free, plant-based hair care and color, along with Goldwell for smoothing and repair, and VOMOR™ Remy hair for extensions.
How long does a color appointment take?+
A retouch runs about 90 minutes. Full highlights or balayage typically take 2.5–3.5 hours, and color corrections can require 4+ hours. Book with a buffer and enjoy a coffee at OYEVIDA Café next door.
Do you offer men's cuts and grey blending?+
Absolutely. Our Signature Haircut, Men's Grey Blending, and specialty styles (fade, undercut, pompadour, top knot) are all part of the regular menu.
