What kind of massage should I book?+
Start with our Body Massage at your preferred length — your therapist tailors technique (Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, prenatal, sports) to your body during the session. If you want a specific modality like hot stone or cupping, add it on when booking.
Is prenatal massage safe?+
Yes. Our licensed therapists are trained in prenatal massage and use side-lying positioning with bolsters for support. We recommend booking after the first trimester and clearing massage with your OB or midwife.
What should I expect at my first massage?+
Arrive 10 minutes early to enjoy our tea lounge and complete a brief intake. Your therapist will discuss pressure, focus areas and any injuries before your session. Undress to your comfort level — you're always fully draped.
How does Reiki work?+
Reiki is a fully-clothed energy therapy where the practitioner uses gentle hand placements to guide the flow of energy through the body. Most guests describe it as deeply meditative and restorative.
Do you offer couples massage?+
