Refunds
Because of our thorough consultation process, we do not offer refunds. If you have concerns after your visit, contact us within 5 days so we can review and make reasonable adjustments where appropriate.
Late & Cancellations
- 15-minute grace period for all appointments.
- $50 deposit for new client bookings > $150.
- 50% deposit for luxury/medspa services (injectables, advanced skin, laser, packages, hair or lash extensions, bridal, etc.).
- Cancel/reschedule with 24h notice (or 48h for spa packages, bridal, extensions, medspa).
- Deposits credited to store account when cancellations meet timing requirements.
Consultations & GFE
All services include a detailed consultation. A Good Faith Exam (GFE) is required by law before medspa treatments. Conducted by a licensed provider via secure telemedicine; valid for 12 months.
Payments & Gratuity
- Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay accepted. Peer-to-peer apps (Zelle, Venmo, etc.) are not accepted.
- A 20% gratuity is automatically added; adjustable at checkout.
- Sales Tax, MN Care Tax, Green Circle Fee, Physician/Facility Fees may apply.
