Policy Information

All Medspa treatments are performed under medical oversight in accordance with Minnesota Board of Cosmetology and Board of Medical Practice guidelines. A consultation is required before initial treatment to ensure candidacy and treatment safety.

Physician Fee — $29+

A Physician Fee is added to each Medspa appointment to cover required charting, documentation, and supervision by OYESPA’s Medical Director. This ensures all treatments are medically overseen and meet clinical and legal standards.

Good Faith Exam (GFE) — $49+

A Good Faith Exam is required before medical aesthetic treatments (e.g., injectables, laser, body contouring). This brief medical evaluation—completed via secure telemedicine with a licensed provider—confirms candidacy and documents informed consent. The GFE is valid for 12 months and kept on file.

Consultation — Complimentary

Virtual or in-person consultations are complimentary. We’ll review goals, medical history, and create a personalized plan with transparent pricing before you book treatment.
