OYESPA Model Services – Terms & Conditions

At OYESPA, we offer model services as part of our ongoing training and skill development for our team. Please review the following terms and conditions before booking:

1. Service Quality Model services are performed by apprentices, students, or professionals refining their techniques under supervision. While we strive for excellence, results may vary.

2. Time Commitment Model services may take longer than standard appointments to allow for training, instruction, and supervision.

3. Limited Availability Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled based on training needs.

4. No Refunds or Redos Due to the nature of model services, we do not offer refunds, complimentary corrections, or redo services.

5. Supervision & Consent By booking a model service, guests acknowledge that services are performed in a learning environment and consent to oversight by instructors or senior professionals.

6. Product & Service Use All products used during model services are OYESPA-approved. Additional services or upgrades requested may be subject to standard pricing.

7. Health & Safety Guests must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before services begin to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

8. Photography & Training Use Model guests agree to allow before-and-after photos for training, marketing, or documentation purposes unless otherwise stated.

9. Payment & Gratuity Model services may be discounted or complimentary, but gratuities for the service provider are always appreciated.

10. Eligibility & Consultation Model eligibility is determined after a consultation, and conditions apply.
