OYESPA $500 Gift Card Giveaway
Official Rules
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Minnesota who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside within 50 miles of OYESPA (7741 Amana Trl, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077). Employees of OYESPA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Like the designated OYESPA giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook.
- Comment “Gift Card” on the post.
- Share the post.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
3. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $500 OYESPA gift card.
- Gift card is not transferable and has no cash value.
- Gift card may only be used for services and products at OYESPA.
- Standard gift card terms and conditions apply.
4. Winner Selection
Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline, one winner per calendar quarter (3/31, 6/30, 9/30, 12/31). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Notification
Winner will be notified via direct message on the platform used to enter within 5 business days of the drawing. Winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, another winner may be selected.
6. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. OYESPA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
